Start at Create an event. You can see your invitation taking shape before signing in. There are three short stages, and your work is saved in the current browser tab as you go.
Give your event a name, date and start time. Check the time zone shown below the date; choose Change if the event is somewhere else. An end time, location and welcome message are optional.
A ready-made design shows your details as you type. On a phone, use the preview toggle. Change design opens the full collection if you want another look. You can use a design as it is; styling is optional.
Choose the way you already communicate with your guests:
Both choices keep the event private. Shared-link requests do not make your event public. You can use both invitation methods later.
Whichever you choose, your guest list always gets in: anyone you add with an email or phone number is matched to their invitation as soon as they confirm it with a one-time code, from their personal invitation, your shared link or your event's address.
Review the actual invitation, time zone, location and access summary. Use Desktop and Phone to check its appearance. Optional photo, welcome message and color controls let you personalize the page without opening the full editor.
Sign in when you are ready to save or publish. Your details stay with you through sign-in. Uploading a photo also requires sign-in.
Publish & continue makes the page available under your chosen access rules. It does not send any invitations. The next screen opens your chosen invitation task.
Save draft for later keeps the event in your account. Find it in My events, then open Event page to review and publish it.
For personal invitations, add or import guests and review the recipients and email before sending. For a shared link, edit the prepared message, copy it, and send it through your own chat or email app. Incoming requests appear under Guests → Requests.
Copying a link does not send it. I’ve shared it is an optional note from you; Rendezvous cannot verify messages sent in another app.
Your dashboard has five main destinations: Overview, Event page, Guests, Messages and More. Overview suggests the next useful action for your chosen invitation method. Photo albums, seating and other tools are available when you need them; none is required to invite people.
Change basic details under Event page → Details & access. Choose Customize for the page editor. Design edits are saved as a draft until you publish them; saved event details take effect immediately.
Manage invitation access under Guests → Invite. Advanced visibility and response settings remain available under Details & access. Changing the invitation tool alone does not change who can view or join an existing event.
