Your people get in. No one else does.
Everyone on your list gets in one of two ways: the personal link in their invitation, or your event’s address and a one‑time code sent to the work email or phone number you have for them. No password, no account, nothing to install.

04 — The headcount
Set the room size. The waitlist moves on its own.
Cap the event at the seats you have. Once it is full, new replies join a waitlist, and when someone drops out the next person in line gets the seat, oldest first, and we let them know. Want the last word? Review each reply before it counts.

Questions organisers ask
Do our people need an app or an account?
No. Someone who opens their personal link can reply straight away. Someone who opens the event’s address confirms the work email or phone number you have for them with a one‑time code. There is no password to remember and nothing to install.
Who can see our event?
Only the people on your guest list, unless you choose otherwise. Anyone who isn’t on it meets a locked door that shows no names, date or place, and private pages don’t appear on Google.
What if a link is forwarded?
Each personal link belongs to one guest. If one ends up in the wrong inbox, switch it off from the guest list and send a fresh one. If you share one link instead, every request waits for your approval.
Can I limit the numbers?
Yes. Set a capacity, and once it is full new replies join a waitlist. When someone drops out, the next person in line gets the seat automatically, oldest first. You can also approve each reply before it counts.
