01 — The page
The whole party, on one page.
Pick a design made for birthdays and add the date and place. It looks finished from the start. Then add what your party needs, in the order you like.

02 — The invitations
Only the families you invite get in.
Send each family their own link, or share one link in the class chat and approve who joins. Anyone who isn’t on your list meets a locked door.

The party’s address and a code
Grandpa Joe opens the page, types the phone number you have for him, and enters the code we text him.
One link for the class chat
Anyone with the link can ask to join, with a note for you. You approve each family before they see the details.
- No password, no app. Parents open their invitation and reply right in the browser.
- You stay in charge. Switch off any family’s link at any time, and say yes or no to everyone who asks to join.
- Hidden from search, never sold. Private pages don’t appear on Google. There are no ads, and we never sell your guests’ data.
03 — The replies
One reply for the whole family.
Invite a family together and one parent answers for everyone, plus-ones included if you allow them. Every reply lands on your guest list straight away.
- Families reply together. Group a parent with their children, and one parent answers for all of them.
- Plus-ones, your call. Allow them guest by guest: a little brother, a grandparent, a friend.
- Reminders for the rest. Send a nudge to every family that hasn’t replied yet.

05 — The party
Every photo from the party, in one album.
Put the QR code on the cake table. Guests add photos from their phone’s browser, with no app to install, and they pop up on the TV while the party’s still going.

Before you start
Questions parents ask
Do parents need an app or an account?
No app, and no password to remember. A parent who opens their personal link can reply straight away. One who opens the party’s address confirms the email or phone number you have for them with a one-time code.
Who can see the party page?
Only the families on your guest list, unless you choose otherwise. Anyone who isn’t on the list meets a locked door that shows no names, date or place, and private pages don’t appear on Google.
What about grandparents without email?
Add their phone number: they open the party’s address and confirm it with a code we text them. Or copy their personal link from your guest list and send it however you like.
How many guests fit in the Free plan?
Up to 25. Everyone on your list counts, children, parents and plus-ones, whether or not they come. For a bigger party, Standard is €89 for up to 100 guests, once.
Can guests add photos without signing in?
Only if you want them to. By default, guests confirm who they are first. You can switch the album to accept just a name instead.
What happens after the party?
Your page stays live for 3 months, then becomes private to you. Your photos are always yours to download.
