Questions about the price
Is this really a one-time payment?
Yes. A plan is paid once, for one event, with no subscription. Your page stays live for 3 months after the event. Guest extensions, text messages and another year online are separate, optional purchases.
What happens after my event?
Your page and album stay live for 3 months after the event, then become private to you. Your photos are always yours to download. You can also archive the page earlier from your dashboard.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Every event starts on Free, and you can upgrade it to Standard or Premium at any time. When you move up, you only pay the difference.
Do guests need to pay anything?
Never. Guests open your page, reply and join in for free. Only the host pays.
How does the guest extension work?
On a paid plan, you can add 100 extra guests for €49. Add as many as you need. Each one applies to a single event.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay on devices that support them. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we never see your full card number.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. The Free plan lets you build and publish your page and invite up to 25 guests, with every design, the guest album and messages by email. You only pay when your list grows past 25 or you want a paid feature, like a seating plan or your own web address.
