Event page components

A reference for every section you can add to your event page, plus how to drop those sections into a Custom Code block.

Your event page is built from sections — a cover image, a schedule, an RSVP widget, a photo gallery, and so on. You arrange them visually in the Page Builder (go to Event page → Customize page), and most hosts never need to leave it.

Choose Add a section to see the available blocks. New sections appear before your footer, and the preview scrolls to the new section with its settings open. Duplicating a section also selects and reveals the copy. Drag the handles in the section list to change the order.

Removing a section changes the page layout; it does not delete the underlying guests, polls, photos, schedule or posts. Use Undo to restore a section you just removed, or Versions to restore an earlier page layout.

This page is the reference for power users. It lists every section type, the settings each one accepts, and how to use those same sections inside a Custom Code block when you want to mix them with your own HTML.

Using sections inside Custom Code

In a Custom Code block, you write a section as an HTML-like tag. Settings become attributes in kebab-case (lowercase with hyphens), and they map to the same settings the visual builder saves for you.

<event-cover
	height="tall"
	image-url="https://example.com/photo.jpg"
	show-main-text
	show-event-location
	text-alignment="center"
/>

<event-textblock text-alignment="left">
	<p>Please arrive ten minutes before the ceremony.</p>
</event-textblock>

<cta-buttons
	items='[{"title":"Registry","url":"https://example.com","style":"primary","opensInNewTab":true}]'
/>

You can place several tags in one block, and mix them with your own plain HTML — anything that isn't a recognized section tag renders as ordinary markup.
