Guests didn't receive invites

You sent your invitations, but one or more guests say they never saw an email or text. Don't worry — this is almost always something small and fixable. Let's walk through the usual culprits, starting with the most common.
Work through these in order. Most invites turn up at step one or two.
Email providers sometimes filter automated messages into spam, especially for guests whose inbox has strict rules.
Have your guest search their spam or junk folder for your event name — invitations arrive showing your event as the sender name — or for a message from hey@rendez.us, the address every Rendezvous email is sent from.
When they find it, ask them to move it to their inbox and mark it as Not spam. This teaches their email provider to deliver future messages from Rendezvous straight to the inbox — handy for the broadcasts and reminders you'll send later.
A single misplaced letter sends the invite to the wrong address — or nowhere at all.
In your event dashboard, go to Guests → Guest list. Find the guest who's missing their invite.
Check the email closely. The usual offenders are gmial.com instead of
gmail.com, a dropped letter, or an accidental space at the start or end.
Correct the address, save, and resend the invitation to that guest. The fixed email will go out fresh.
This is the most common surprise. Adding someone to your guest list and inviting them are two separate actions — you can have 50 names on your list and have invited none of them yet. Importing a CSV or typing in guests by hand never sends anything on its own.
Go to Guests → Guest list. Each guest shows a status, so you can see at a glance who's still waiting to be invited.
Select the guests you want to reach and choose Send Invites. You can invite everyone who's still waiting in one go, or pick people individually.
Text invites need two things: a phone number in full international format, and enough text messages in your balance to cover the send.
Every number needs its country code. For example, +33 6 12 34 56 78 (France)
or +1 555 123 4567 (US). A number without a country code can't be delivered.
Update it in the guest's details and resend.
SMS is pay-as-you-go on every plan — you buy text messages in packs of 100 (beside your balance at the top of your event's Messages page), and 1 text message covers one SMS segment. When your balance hits zero, texts stop sending until you top up. Email, on the other hand, always sends for free.
A bounce means the receiving mail server turned the message away — usually because the address doesn't exist or the mailbox is full.
Go to Messages in your event sidebar and open the invitation you sent. The delivery report flags any bounced messages and gives you a reason.
If it bounced because of a bad address, correct it and resend. If the mailbox is full, contact the guest through another channel and ask them to clear space or share a different email.
If invites are still failing and you can't see why, contact support with your event name and the affected guest's email or phone. We can check the delivery logs on our side and help you get them through.
