Catering & logistics
Turn the answers you collect at RSVP into ready-to-use artifacts: a live meal tally, a printable caterer sheet, a dietary and allergy list, an address book, and a copy-and-paste playlist.
From RSVP answers to a working plan
When you collect answers at RSVP — a meal choice, a dietary note, a mailing address, a song request — those answers don't just sit on each guest's card. The Answers dashboard folds them into the artifacts you actually hand to a caterer, a kitchen, a DJ, or a stationer.
Open Guests → Answers in your event dashboard.
The meal tally
If you collect a meal choice, the top of the page shows a live tally — a one-line summary like "Chicken 64 · Fish 31 · Vegan 18", with a bar for each option showing its count and share. The header carries a running total (for example, "87 chosen").
The numbers update as guests reply, so you always have a current headcount per dish without counting by hand.
The printable caterer sheet
When you've collected a meal or dietary answer, a Print caterer sheet button appears at the top of the page. It opens a clean, one-page document built just for the kitchen:
- A header with your event name and date.
- A table of every meal option and its count, with a grand total if you have more than one meal question.
- The dietary and allergy breakdown, with the per-guest notes underneath.
It's print-styled (your browser's print dialog can save it as a PDF), so you can hand or email the kitchen a single page that reads at a glance. A footer notes the counts come from RSVP responses and keep updating as guests reply.
The dietary & allergy list
If you ask about dietary needs or allergies, this section gives you both views at once:
