Activity notifications
See when guests do something — photos added, posts in the feed, requests to join. Rendezvous keeps these alerts in your dashboard, no flood of email.
Know what's happening, without the noise
Your guests are busy people, and so are you. While your event is live, they'll be doing things — dropping photos into an album, posting in the feed, asking to join a private event, changing their RSVP. Rendezvous keeps you in the loop with in-app notifications, so you can glance at your dashboard and see what's new.
Two kinds of alerts behave a little differently:
- Quiet engagement alerts — guest photos and feed posts. These are strictly in-app only: they never become an email or a text, no matter what. During a live event your guests can generate a lot of small actions, and you shouldn't have to mute your phone to survive your own party.
- Things you might want in your inbox — RSVP changes, new guests, and join requests. These show in the bell too, and by default they also email you, so you don't miss a reply while you're away from the dashboard. You decide: each one can be turned off (or switched to in-app only) from your notification settings.
The notification bell
The bell sits in the top header of your dashboard, wherever you are in Rendezvous. A dot or a count means something's waiting. Select it to open your notification feed — a chronological list of everything that's happened across all your events. From there you can jump straight to whatever caught your eye.
The bell is your at-a-glance pulse: open it any time to catch up on RSVPs, new guests, posts, photos, and join requests in one place.
Sidebar count badges
When you're inside a specific event's dashboard, the sidebar shows small count badges next to sections that have new activity. They're the fastest way to see where the action is for that event:
