Your uploads (sometimes called the media library) is your event's private file drawer. Upload a photo or file once, and reuse it anywhere — as your cover image, a schedule item's picture, or inside any album — without uploading it again. It also holds handy non-image files like a parking map or a printable menu, ready to link from your page.
It's different from Albums: an album is a curated, shareable collection your guests can browse; your uploads are the behind-the-scenes drawer those albums (and your cover, schedule, and more) pull from.
In your event dashboard, open More → Photos → Your uploads. You'll see every file you've uploaded for this event, plus a storage meter showing how much room you've used.
Select Upload (top right) or drag files straight onto the page. You can add several at once — you'll get an "Upload complete" confirmation when they're in.
When you add a photo, you'll get a crop-and-rotate step so it's framed the way you want. Other files (PDFs, documents) upload directly, as-is.
Give a file a friendly display name so it's easy to find later — handy once you've uploaded a lot.
Anywhere the builder asks for an image — your cover, a schedule item, an album — you'll find Your uploads next to Upload in the picker. Pick the file and it's reused instantly: no re-upload, and no extra storage used.
Every file has a ⋯ menu (bottom-right of its card) for quick actions, and selecting a file opens a panel with more:
Each plan includes storage for everything this event keeps: your uploads, the photos guests add to albums, copies into albums, and the photos and videos posted in the guest feed:
| Plan | Storage |
|---|---|
| Free | 500 MB |
| Standard | 2 GB |
| Premium | 10 GB |
The meter at the top shows how much you've used, feed photos included. Because reusing a file never duplicates it, the easiest way to stay under the cap is to upload once and reuse — and to delete files you no longer need.
When the event's storage is full, new photos can't be added anywhere: an upload here, a guest's album photo or a feed post with photos is refused with "This event has run out of photo storage". Everything already posted stays, and guests can still post words without photos.
