Reporting across all your events
See every event you organize in one roll-up — upcoming vs past, total guests, and RSVP breakdown and response rates. A bird's-eye view above each event's own Reports.
One view for all your events
If you run more than one event, you don't have to open each one to remember how it's doing. The Reports page rolls up every event you own or co-manage into a single view — total guests, who's coming, and how your response rates compare across the board.
Think of it as the bird's-eye view. Each individual event still has its own Reports & Response Log for the deep dive; this page is the layer above that, summarizing all of them at once.
To open it, go to My events and select View reports near the top of the page.
The headline numbers
At the top of the page you'll see four cards that summarize everything at a glance:

| Events | How many events you organize in total, with how many of those are still upcoming |
| Total guests | Everyone on every guest list, added up across all your events |
| Going | How many guests hold a place, across all events |
| Response rate | The share of invited guests who have replied — going, maybe, or declined — across everything |
These are cumulative, so they grow as you add events and as guests respond. Your response rate is a quick health check: a low number usually means it's time for a nudge.
